Grilled Peach with Brandy Caramel Sauce


Don’t let Labor Day derail your fitness goals! While you’ve got the grill fired up, try this decadent (and healthy?!!!) dessert. It’s easy, fast, and guaranteed to become one of your new summer favorites.

Grilled Peach with Brandy Caramel Sauce

2 ripe peaches, halved
6 tbsp butter
3 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup brandy

Grill peaches, flesh side down, on direct heat for 2-3 minutes. Repeat on opposite side. Move to indirect heat and continue to cook for 10 minutes.

While that cooks, heat butter on medium heat in a small sauce pan. Add sugar and brandy. Heat until sauce reaches a rolling boil, stirring constantly. Continue to boil about 3 minutes, then remove from heat. Sauce should be honey consistency.

Serve grilled peach with a healthy drizzle of caramel sauce (a little goes a long way) and finish with freshly grated cinnamon.
